A story of radical transformation

Nathan Redmon is a health coach now but in the past, he was just like many of us. He had diabetes. But then Nathan discovered something – all of this could be different if he got his diabetes under control. With 1 Facebook comment, he made a radical change and has reversed his diabetes. He no longer needs medication of any sort to manage. Today, Nathan shares that knowledge with others who are struggling with diabetes or any health-related concerns – because no one should have to live their lives feeling sick or tired when there is an alternative out there for them.

We talk about:

  • The Facebook Comment that Changed his life
  • Life Changes & Reversal
  • Transition Into Health Coaching

I’m Taylor Daniele

PODCAST HOST, STREAMER & MULTI-PASSIONATE entrepreneur

My core belief is that you can carve your own path. Unafraid to stand in the gap, I started Healing In Hindsight™ after noticing that there weren’t many millennials of color that I could connect with. Being of black and thai descent, I was diagnosed at 25 with type 2 diabetes. I found the transition into managing my condition difficult. My hope is to have thoughtful conversations about how anyone living with diabetes can thrive by finding a way to manage that fits them.
