When you’re feeling stressed out, it can be hard to calm down.

In today’s episode, I’m going to share how to create a mental safe space and quiet your mind in times of stress. We all have those moments where we feel like there’s no escape from the stressors of everyday life. However, by creating a few mental safe spaces for ourselves we can take back control of our minds and find some peace again.
