The journey of constant evolution with Krista & Lindsey of Almost30

If you haven’t listened to an episode of Almost 30, you might be wondering what the podcast is about. With 400+ episodes and more than 30 million downloads, the Almost 30 Podcast has been hailed as “The Best Wellness Podcast to Listen To Right Now” by Covetuer and nominated for “Best Wellness Podcast” and “Best Spirituality Podcast” by iHeart Radio. Hosts Krista Williams and Lindsey Simcik are your virtual best friends, impactful female founders, and seasoned event speakers. Almost 30 is the go-to place for heart-centered, hilarious conversations and real, raw, impactful interviews with brilliant guests. In each episode, Krista and Lindsey dive deep into everything from modern spirituality to health and wellness, aliens to entrepreneurship, and mental health to self-development.

Today’s episode is all about the season finale. I sit down with my good friends and mentors Krista and Lindsey of the Almost 30 podcast to talk about their spiritual paths, body acceptance, and the power of discipline. It was a wild cocktail of vulnerability and truth-telling — no holds barred.

I wanted to bring things together in this final episode. I felt that Krista and Lindsey were perfect examples of constant evolution. Even though there are many people that will never truly understand the battles of diabetes, we’re still reminded that being human is a journey of constant change and no one has it down perfectly. So don’t give up. Strive to be the best you possible. Don’t let diabetes make you think that you can’t.

I’m Taylor Daniele

PODCAST HOST, STREAMER & MULTI-PASSIONATE entrepreneur

My core belief is that you can carve your own path. Unafraid to stand in the gap, I started Healing In Hindsight™ after noticing that there weren’t many millennials of color that I could connect with. Being of black and thai descent, I was diagnosed at 25 with type 2 diabetes. I found the transition into managing my condition difficult. My hope is to have thoughtful conversations about how anyone living with diabetes can thrive by finding a way to manage that fits them.
