It’s all about Gratitude

Happy holidays and merry Christmas eve! As we get closer to the end of the year I wanted to share with you 3 exercises I do when I’m feeling a little grinchy and need to keep my stress levels down. Less stress equals stable blood sugar.

I also wanted to take the time to share 5 things that I’m grateful for. I didn’t have the space to do so for Thanksgiving but I’m glad I can now. We all could use a little more holiday cheer and sometimes it’s as simple as thinking about all the things we DO have versus what we don’t.

As always please be safe and responsible. The pandemic isn’t over just because we’re over it. If you choose to see your family please follow ALL guidelines from the CDC. If you choose to stay home, know that there’s nothing wrong with that because we all want to go into the new year being as safe and healthy as possible.

No matter what please don’t shame anyone for whatever decision they choose.

I’m Taylor Daniele

PODCAST HOST, STREAMER & MULTI-PASSIONATE entrepreneur

My core belief is that you can carve your own path. Unafraid to stand in the gap, I started Healing In Hindsight™ after noticing that there weren’t many millennials of color that I could connect with. Being of black and thai descent, I was diagnosed at 25 with type 2 diabetes. I found the transition into managing my condition difficult. My hope is to have thoughtful conversations about how anyone living with diabetes can thrive by finding a way to manage that fits them.
